- Configuration, software version upgrades, operation and maintenance of Aruba and Cisco access switches; as well as Cisco wireless controllers (WLC) and access points (APs) in lightweight or standalone mode.
- Monitoring of AP network performance, applying power and channel adjustments according to coverage maps provided by Cisco Prime and DNA Center servers.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of incidents or changes in the network related to the installed equipment using as support tools or network servers such as: ClearPass, ISE (Identity Services Engine), iMC (HPE Intelligent Management Center) and Infoblox (DHCP, DNS, IPAM).
